Brad Stephenson
Brad is a Chartered Accountant from New Zealand who spent 13 years in the Cayman Islands working for two global investment services firms before moving to London in 2019 and setting up a fund advisory firm.
Brad has experience in calculating NAV’s, setting up global fund structures, sitting on the boards of fund related entities throughout the world and leading business development initiatives.
During his time in London Brad has led high performance teams in finance, operations, business development and software development. He is a master of developing new income streams and uses his extensive network to get in front of anyone required.

As Chief Technology Officer at Sequure, he is primarily responsible for overseeing the development and effective implementation of our platform. This involves utilizing a vast array of platforms, architectures, and technologies to create an accessible and secure gateway for HNW and UHNW individuals to invest in exclusive PERE funds.
From nurturing nascent teams to steering established ones, he has the skillset to cultivate an environment of efficiency, synergy, and innovation. His aim is not just to lead, but to empower each team member, leveraging their unique strengths, addressing their challenges, and nurturing a culture centered on delivering superior solutions.

Mercia Jankowitz
Mercia Jankowitz is a Senior Product Owner and Product Operations Manager with a proven track record in collaborating with cross-functional teams and successfully delivering digital investment platforms focused on user experience.
Her experience in leading Agile software development teams through multiple iterations of fractional ownership platforms to realise the product vision has given her in-depth knowledge and insight into the compliance, technology and business use cases required for the Sequure platform.
Barclay T. Leib
Barclay T. Leib, CAIA, CFE serves as an on-the-ground due diligence consulting resource to Sequure based in Morristown, NJ, USA. He has managed Sand Spring Advisors LLC as an alternative asset and financial investigative firm for the past 24 years, mostly serving the family office community.
Mr. Leib holds Chartered Alternative Investment Advisor (CAIA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credentials, together with active FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
Over the past seven years, Mr. Leib has also served as an Expert Witness in various litigation matters related to hedge funds, real estate investments, securities manipulation, proper due diligence, and fiduciary duty. Mr. Leib has also written on such topics for the CFA Institute.
Mr. Leib spent the first twenty years of his career working as a senior portfolio manager involved with the management of a variety of asset classes (currency, commodity, fixed income, equity, and real estate investments) first at JP Morgan and later at PaineWebber, Goldman Sachs, Barclays Bank, and Societe Generale. Mr. Leib was originally a Wilson Scholar graduate of Princeton University’s School of International and Public Affairs in 1981.

Keith Tomlinson
Keith is a member of the Advisory Investment Committee at Sequure. He is Chief Executive at Tilton Capital, a London, UK based small cap specialist.
Keith has over 30 years of investment experience, with a number of progressively senior roles at investment firms in Canada and the U.K. Keith is an experienced portfolio manager and highly adept at investment due diligence.
Prior to founding Tilton, Keith was the principal at Tomlinson Research, a London based research and analytics firm. He graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1989 and received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1997.
When not diving deeply into business and economics, Keith enjoys reading, sports and hill walking in the countryside near his home in Kent.”
